Yes, for Non-Malaysian, you will be required to pay a RM300 deposit for City Broadband 24-month’s residential plan. The deposit is fully refundable upon termination, subject to no outstanding payment on your account.

Yes, however, a termination during your contract term is subject to an Early penalty fee of RM500.
It will take up to 30 working days to proceed with your termination request, and refunds (if any) will be processed within 90 working days from the submission of your request.

Yes, you can. The cost is RM200 per Fixed IP per month.

For City Broadband business plan registration:

Locally registered companies are required to submit:
– Photocopy of Form 9/Form 13/Notice of Registration (Section 15)/Certificate of Incorporation (Section 17)/Section 28/Certificate of Practice issued by the relevant authority (NGO/Association /Cooperative).

Foreign Registered Company
– Form 79/Form 80/Form 80a/Form 83/Form 83a/Section 562(1). Your company registration card must also have at least six (6) months validity period during sign up.
